Bill Woodrow

Born in 1948 in Oxfordshire (United Kingdom). Lives and works in London.

He belongs to the same artistic movement as Tony Cragg, Richard Deacon, Anthony Gormley, and Anish Kapoor.
His sculpture often tells a story, repeatedly depicting the destruction of the planet and the ascendancy of nature over humanity.
His work has been exhibited in major London museums, most recently in a retrospective at the Royal Academy in 2012.
This silver and gold "Double Canoe" necklace was designed in 2012 with the Louisa Guinness Gallery as an edition of eight.
