Costa Coulentianos

Born in 1918 in Athens (Greece), died in 1995 in Plan-d'Orgon (France).

He began his career as a sculptor in Paris in the late 1940s.
He worked in Zadkine's studio and was close to Henri Laurens, whose influence he acknowledged.

He always preferred to work with heavy materials, primarily iron.
As for his jewelry, inspired by Calder, he never denied his ancient Greek heritage.
