Alberto Guzmán
Born in 1927 in Talara (Peru). Died in 2017 in Nogent-sur-Marne (France).

Parisian sculptor of Peruvian origin, it was following a grant offered by France in 1960 that Guzmán moved to Paris and showed his work in biennales across Europe. Parallel to his work as a sculptor evidenced by a number of monumental works as well as fountains, he created jewelry, furniture and decorative sets for the theater.
He created miniatures in jewelry of his larger sculptures in gold or silver. Each piece of jewelry was unique, and each remains a battlefield of light and reflections, obtained through the polish of bronze, precious metals and stones.
